If you have forgotten your password, below the login, there is an option for "Forgot Your Password?" Click on "Forgot Your Password" and follow the steps to reset it.
After you have logged in, you can change your password using the "Change password" option in your profile settings. You have to type your current password and the new password you have chosen in their respective boxes.
