If you've been invited to use Higher Images Basecamp, welcome! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to navigate your project, communicate with your team, and manage tasks efficiently.
1. Logging In to Basecamp
You will receive an email invitation to set up your Basecamp account.
Follow the link in the email to create your login credentials.
Since Basecamp is a third-party platform, Higher Images does not have access to your password.
If you ever need to reset your password, you must do so directly through Basecamp.
Once logged in, you will see a list of projects. Look for:
Marketing – [Your Company Name]
Click this project to access your marketing workspace.
2. Project Overview
Inside your project, you will see several main sections:
Message Board
To-Dos
Docs & Files
Schedule
Project Activity
Each section serves a specific purpose.
Message Board
The Message Board functions similarly to email but keeps all communication organized in one place for the entire team.

Enter your subject and detailed message.
Click Post This Message.
Important: Add Subscribers
Make sure everyone on your team is included (subscribed) to the message.
If no subscribers are selected:
No one will receive a notification.
Your message may be missed.
Email Feature
Messages are sent directly to your email.
You can reply to Message Board posts directly from your email without logging into Basecamp.
To-Dos
The To-Do section contains task assignments for both you and your Higher Images team.
Client To-Dos & Approvals
These are tasks assigned to you and may include:

Marking a To-Do Complete
When you check off a To-Do:
The item is marked as complete.
Communication on that task is considered closed.
The task is considered approved.
If you need to reopen communication:
Uncheck the To-Do before adding additional updates.
Submitting Change Requests
If you need to request a change (for example, “Update Budget”):
Create a new To-Do.
Assign it to your Digital Marketing Specialist.
Add a due date.
Important:
If the request is urgent or needed same-day/next-day, please call our office to ensure it is handled promptly.

This section stores important documents and campaign materials.
Depending on your marketing strategy, you may see folders such as:
